Explore the tastes of the Great Southern oceans with a selection of natural and cured oysters, marron and kingfish prepared by Charlie Vargas from The Flour Factory and matched with fabulous wines presented by Rosie Singer from Zarephath Wines.
Be welcomed with a Castle Rock sparkling wine and freshly shucked oyster, then enjoy three seafood tasting plates paired with fabulous Great Southern wines from Zarephath Wines while enjoying the rustic surrounding of Ocean Foods International and the Emu Point Boat Harbour.
Each ticket includes 4 courses of seafood by Charlie Vargas matched with Zarephath Wines, MC by Verity James and complimentary transport from Denmark.
