Arimia has embarked on an expansive, hands-on regenerative program taking into account all aspects of the farm, and is growing and rearing more and more of the food that makes its way from the property to the plate.
Evan and his team rear their own pigs, marron, and trout as well as produce a majority of the vegetables that are found on the menu.
With a seriously sustainable and no waste approach to food, Chef Evan strives to provide meals of the highest quality with lowest food miles as well as a true and honest expression of the Margaret River region.
