Elisabetta Zottola has been the creative force at In Cucina Restaurant since its inception in 2019, bringing authenticity and traditional Italian experience. Originally from the Castelli family’s hometown in the Lazio region in Italy, she began her journey into Italian regional cuisine in 1986, along with her husband Gianni. Elisabetta & Gianni have run successful gastronomic ventures in both Italy and Australia.
Joined by renowned Perth chef Jason Jujnovich (ex Divido) the pair form a formidable duo.
The Project ‘In Cucina’ is the culmination of traditional Italian cuisine with the Great Southern high quality produce. Elisabetta’s dedication and passion are the result of the love of her homeland and sharing the experience of an Italian family dinner with guests, which brings her great joy.
