BIOGRAPHY

Originally from Cornwall in the UK, Dean began his career in the kitchen at a young age, working his way into award winning restaurants where he developed a passion and importance for using local produce.


After spending a few years working at award winning restaurants in Cornwall Dean worked around Europe
before moving to Australia in 2012.


After working in Perth and Melbourne, Dean returned to WA and discovered Margaret River where he developed relationships with local suppliers and a love for the WA produce and its similarities with Cornwall.


In 2017 Dean and his Family took over the old Tearooms on Esperanceʼs Foreshore and Taylor St Quarters was born. TSQ offers a focus on WA produce and a share style menu, carefully selected wine list, live music and cocktails.
